Job Description:
1. Define acoustic products and conduct research on and monitor cutting-edge acoustic technologies;
2. Provide algorithm implementation frameworks and design acoustic technical solutions based on market demands;
3. Proficient in using Matlab or other simulation tools to implement algorithms and perform basic parameter tuning;
4. Familiar with the application of AI technologies in acoustic algorithms;
5. Capable of guiding algorithm application engineers to translate proprietary algorithms into practical engineering algorithms, and actively propose alternative algorithms to address deficiencies identified by application engineers, ensuring successful algorithm deployment;
6. Possess a thorough understanding of the fundamental characteristics of DSP and the basic functions of in-vehicle amplifiers, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with algorithm application engineers on technical issues;
7. Responsible for leading or participating in national, provincial, and municipal scientific research projects (including two ongoing provincial and municipal projects).
